Lancet study says air pollution could be behind deaths in India

Air pollution – especially due to finer pollutants that can get lodged in the lungs could be causing 1.5 million deaths in India according to a Lancet Planetary Health study. The study claims that no one in the country lives in an area where average yearly air quality levels meet the World Health Organisation’s standards. Ishan Garg tells us more.
