​U.S Police chief says “combination of factors” motivated Madison school shooting

Police in Wisconsin say a “combination of factors” appear to have been the motivation behind Monday’s deadly shooting at a private Christian school which left three dead. That includes the alleged shooter who has been identified as a 15 year old girl. Toni Waterman has more.
