Khomas Governor Laura McLeod-Katjirua has refuted allegations of receiving special treatment in settling her municipal bill with the City of Windhoek. She explained that she only engaged the municipality after her water supply was cut off due to an outstanding debt of N$27,000. One Africa Tv NewsOnOne’s Ketemba Tjipepa reports:
