Old Mutual rewards customers redeem over N$2 million in points

Old Mutual Namibia has announced that customers participating in its Rewards Programme have redeemed more than N$2 million worth of reward points to date.

The company said this milestone underscores the programme’s growing impact on the financial lives of the public, offering tangible value for everyday engagement with Old Mutual’s products and services.

Old Mutual Namibia`s Head of Data and Digital Transformation, Eben Basson, said of the total points redeemed, almost N$1 million was through MTC, while another N$1 million was redeemed through the Foschini Group, reflecting the programme’s diverse range of partner options for members.

Currently, the programme has nearly 36 000 active members.

Basson said to date, members have redeemed more than 21 million points, with mobile redemptions leading the way.

Old Mutual noted that the mobile app remains the most popular channel for redemptions, offering customers convenience and ease of access.
