today29 January, 2024

Background

Evan Gerschkovich, who is being held in Russia, has once again had his detention extended – even before his case has made it to court. He will remain behind bars until at least March 30th – at least a year since he was first detained for spying, charges that the U.S. government denies. Caroline Malone reports.
