US Republicans block border and aid deal

US lawmakers have voted down legislation that would bring in new border restrictions and give aid to Ukraine and Israel. Senate Republicans blocked the bipartisan border deal and foreign aid package, by 50 votes to 49.Now, Democrats are trying to pass a revised bill which strips out the immigration measures and only includes aid. Sally Patterson has more.
