Low voter turnout could hamper Modi’s chances of a landslide victory

Political experts in India say a low turnout can be worrying for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s poll campaign. Official data shows the voter turnout in this election has dipped compared to the last one, in which Mr. Modi and his party had a resounding win. Sreoshi Mukherjee reports.
