The northern Namibia’s regional Electricity Distributor, NORED has urged its customers and stakeholders to fully settle their overdue accounts or make acceptable payment arrangements before January 21, 2025. The company announced in a media release on Tuesday that it will start disconnecting service for indebted customers whose accounts are in 30-day arrears thereafter.
NORED further said customers must pay their debt to enable continued service delivery and ensure the supply and distribution of electricity to its customers.
