Minister encourages patients to report mistreatment at public health facilities

Our correspondent from One Africa TV NewsOnOne, Selma Taapopi, reports that the Health Ministry has introduced a Customer Service Charter aimed at enhancing service quality in healthcare facilities. During the launch, Minister Dr. Kalumbi Shangula encouraged patients to report mistreatment or poor conduct by staff to the customer care office or facility head.
