U.S and ‘Five Eyes’ allies warn China courting Western military trainers

The U.S, Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand have warned that China was circumventing measures aimed at stopping its recruitment of current and former Western military pilots to train the Chinese military. India expresses “deep concern” over Sikh separatist slogans at event in Canada

India has summoned Canada's Deputy High Commissioner to express "deep concern and strong protest" after separatist slogans were raised at an event addressed by Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau. Diplomatic relations between the two countries after Trudeau last year said there were "credible allegations" potentially linking India to the murder of a Sikh separatist leader in British Columbia. New York Governor says US-Canada bridge explosion not “terrorist activity

The New York state Governor says there is "no evidence" the vehicle explosion at the US-Canada border was "terrorist activity". Two people died after a car went airborne, and crashed in a border checkpoint booth at the Rainbow Bridge crossing near Niagara Falls. The FBI is investigating and earlier the four border crossings in the area were closed. Governor Kathy Hochul briefed reporters on the latest.
