The Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations says there is no shortage of aid in Gaza. Speaking to reporters in New York on Wednesday ahead of another emergency session of the UN Security Council, Danny Danon laid the blame squarely at the feet of Hamas, claiming it hijacks the aid. US presses Israel to allow Gaza aid, and threatens to withhold arms

The United States is demanding Israel boost aid access to Gaza, and warns failure to do so would risk cutting off some US military assistance. In a letter, the Biden administration instructed its Middle East ally to act "within 30 days" on a series of concrete measures, expressing "deep concern" about the "deteriorating humanitarian situation" in the war-torn Palestinian territory.
