Swapo and IPC manifestos reveal big budget plans

The Swapo Party's manifesto. Launched on Saturday, promises to spend over N$85 billion to create jobs for unemployed Namibians over the next five years if they win the election. The Independent Patriots for Change also released a manifesto at the weekend, which includes a N$100 billion budget for national development if the party is elected into power. Public policy analyst Dr. Marius Kudumo weighs in.

IPC hosts first national elective conference in Windhoek
