Kombat Mine Operations Halted Due to Pump Breakdown

  Trigon Metals, the company overseeing the Kombat Mine, has announced a suspension of operations for the next nine months. Speaking to One Africa’s NewsOnOne reporter Eric Mhunduru, Human Resources Manager Mathew Nanyeni, indicated that the disruption is a result of two pump failures, which have led to flooding and made it impossible to continue mining operations.

NamWater Restarts Orano Desalination Plant
