The City of Windhoek launches service app for residents

The City of Windhoek has launched a new mobile app that allows residents to manage accounts and access statements. The app can report incidents like potholes and traffic light issues, submit meter readings, and verify taxis and businesses. City spokesperson Lydia Amutenya says the app will improve service delivery for Windhoek’s 486 thousand residents.
