Second phase of polling begins in India

The second phase of polling in the six-week long Indian elections began where 88 constituencies across 13 states will cast their ballot. The southern states of Kerala and Karnataka are in focus where Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP has tried to make inroads ahead of the elections.
