Palestinian UN ambassador says the Gaza Strip is “our home”

The Palestinian Ambassador to the United Nations Riyad Mansour has responded to US President Donald Trump’s assertion that the US would take over the Gaza Strip and that Palestinians will be resettled elsewhere. Speaking in New York shortly after the claim was made by Trump, Mansour said the Gaza strip is the home of the Palestinian people and leaders should respect that.
