A 51-year-old woman from Walvis Bay was defrauded of N$ 777,568.23 by a suspect who posed as a Bank Windhoek representative and obtained her confidential banking details. The incident occurred on Monday, 10 March 2025, between 14:58 and 16:00 via internet banking.
