New Health Charter to Strengthen Patient Services

Background

To improve healthcare delivery, the Health and Social Services Ministry has launched a Customer Service Charter focused on accessibility and quality. The charter seeks to eliminate financial barriers to healthcare while reinforcing the ministry’s commitment to fair and effective medical services. Executive Director Ben Nangombe emphasized its importance.

The charter will be provided in various formats to ensure it is accessible to all citizens.
